SellStrong360 is a boutique hospitality performance consultancy founded by Chris McFall. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.

We only collect the information you choose to give us through our contact and RFP forms — typically your name, company, role, email address and the details of your enquiry.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss potential work together. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Third parties
Our free commercial scorecard is hosted by ScoreApp, which processes any information you submit there under its own privacy policy. Our website hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP addresses.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to manage our relationship with you, and delete them on request.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Email chris@sellstrong360.com and we will respond promptly.
